Despite having a job, Cheryl Ann had trouble finding housing she could afford and became homeless.
She lived in a women’s shelter for over two years before moving into our Lenniger supportive housing residence.
“The first night here, I took a deep breath, laid down, and had my first good night’s sleep in years.”
Cheryl Ann is excited about her new home. Her grandchildren can come and visit her and she is surrounded by a supportive community. She is also a proud member of our Consumer Advisory Board, where she helps people going through similar experiences find the care they need.
When you support CUCS, you help build a community of care and encouragement to thrive. You help build brighter futures.
